Food is essential for living

style to promote health and wellness. It is no news to any of us that obesity, diabetes and other debelitating dieseases are on a rise. We, in the nutrition world, strongly belive that many of these diseases are a direct effect of how we eat and what we eat.

It is my desire to spread the wisedom of nutritional world across to the lay man in order to promote a healthy life style and good eating habits.
